learning about creativity and music through the lenses of neurology and genetics angling toward the development emotional regulation skills. It is mostly a psychoeducation group where you will be learning psychology/about psychology. In tonight's intro group, you may generate ideas and possibly start some writing. No performances today. In addition to science there will be psychobiographies of famous musicians and their songs and careers discussed, we will watch some videos and maybe do some brainstorming/writing with REBT brought more clearly into focus through group dynamics.
